The Spanish Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence informs you that access to and use of this website and all the subdomains and directories included under it, as well as the services or contents that may be obtained through it, fulfil the function of general information and citizen services under the terms of Royal Decree 208/1996, of 9 February, which regulates administrative information services and citizen services, and are subject to the terms detailed in this Legal Notice.
Your use of this website or of the services and content included in it implies your acceptance of the legal terms set out in this text.
The Spanish Agency for Supervision of Artificial Intelligence reserves the right to make changes to the website without prior notice, with the aim of updating, correcting, modifying, adding or eliminating the contents of the website or its design. Conditions for the re-use of information
These general conditions allow the reuse of the documents subject to them for commercial and non-commercial purposes in accordance with Law 37/2007, of 16 November, on the reuse of public sector information.
The following general conditions for the re-use of the documents subject to them apply:
- The Spanish Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence expressly prohibits framing or any other mechanism that modifies the design, original configuration or contents of its Portal by third parties.
- It is forbidden to distort the meaning of the information.

Intellectual and industrial property rights
Both the design of the website and its source codes, as well as the logos, brands and other distinctive signs that appear on it, belong to the Spanish Agency for the Supervision of Artificial Intelligence and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights.
As long as AESIA does not have its own personal data processing service, the central services of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service shall be responsible for this provision, until its functional and operational development.
The Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service therefore acts as the data controller for the processing of personal data relating to users of AESIA services. The data provided by the data subject shall be used exclusively for the purposes foreseen in each procedure or action.
The regulations in force in the field of personal data protection consist of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD). In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, AESIA shall guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data processed. To this end, it shall adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures.
