The Spanish Artificial Intelligence Monitoring Agency (AESIA) owns only the websites specified in its Legal Notice. When using the electronic services of AESIA, it is important to verify that the domain of the website you accessed coincides with those specified in the Legal Notice.

The services offered by AESIA are free of charge and do not entail any financial compensation. In no case shall AESIA personnel request, in person, by telephone or electronically, payment of any amount for the provision of services or for the resolution of an alleged infringement.

Accreditation of AESIA staff

AESIA personnel acting on behalf of the agency shall always certify their identity by means of an official identification card. For the inspection activities, they shall submit the corresponding authorisation document signed electronically by the person responsible for AESIA detailing the identity of the inspectors and the person or entity inspected.

Prevention of Fraudulent Conduct
AESIA has alerted the competent authorities about fraudulent practices in which individuals, passing through agency representatives, offer paid services to facilitate compliance with AI regulations. Attempts at fraud have also been identified over the Internet, requesting the payment of sanctions or services on behalf of AESIA. These frauds may include emails, text messages, or malicious programs that use the image of AESIA and data from its official portal.

Make sure the domain you access is the right one (“aesia.gob.es”), even if you use links saved in "Favorites".
Do not click on links received by email, text messages or other means that ask you to take steps with your personal data.
